30-Day Returns
If the player isn't right for your training, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fee. Items should be in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email solosound.store@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
2-Year Warranty
Every player is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails through normal use, we'll repair or replace it.
Damaged or incorrect items are always replaced free of charge.
