Refund / Return Policy

30-Day Returns

If your SoloSound isn't right for your training, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fee. Items should be in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

To start a return, email solosound.store@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. Once we receive the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge. These terms are in addition to any rights you may have under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

2-Year Warranty: every player is covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects. If something fails through normal use, we'll repair or replace it — just contact us.
